WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST CENTER

PWC receives and processes warranty claims on behalf of those builders who participate in the PWC Warranty Administrative Services Program. You may submit your claim directly to PWC, following the procedure described in Section VI of the Builder's Limited Warranty booklet, or you may submit your claim using this Warranty Service Request Center.

If you purchased your home from TOUSA (operating under the Engle, Newmark, and Trophy brands) prior to January 21, 2008, it is not included in this program and , if you become aware of an warranty issue, you must submit your claim to your builder following the procedure described in Section VI of the Home Builder's Limited Warranty booklet

For any questions or concerns regarding this process, please call PWC at 1-888-803-8289 during normal business hours between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday EST. Please note that claims cannot be submitted by telephone.

IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, PLEASE REFER TO YOUR HOMEOWNER AND WARRANTY RELATED DOCUMENTS FOR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES.

NOTE: Your warranty number was provided to you by PWC with the warranty booklet and validation form. Please refer to these documents for that number.
